Modular Homes
Modular homes are buildings built from prefabricated and pre-assembled modules. Modules are factory built space-elements consisting of floors, walls, roofs that are joined and finished already in factories. Modules can consist of several smaller rooms that are transported to construction sites.
The high quality of the homes and the efficiency of the production process is ensured by controlled factory-environment, strict production rules and trained specialists producing the houses.
The
manufactured modules can cover 95% of house interior design or utilities, e.g. the
kitchen furniture and fitments can be added already in factory. The modules are
transported to construction sites and the on-site building process is taken to
minimum due to the high finishing stage of the modules. That in turn minimizes possible influences
from weather compared to on-site building process. The result is a high quality
and energy-efficient modular home.
